Mark A. Caputo
Mr. Caputo has
received a BS, Montclair State University 1987; MA, Montclair State University
1989; and a JD, Seton Hall University School of Law 1993. Mr. Caputo has served
as the Sr.REHS for the Township of West Orange from 1987 to 2004, as an
Assistant Health Officer for Randolph Township from 2005 to 2006 and currently
is the Randolph Township Director of Health and Code Enforcement.

Peter
Correale
Mr. Correale is a graduate of Rutgers College and holds a
degree in bacteriology. He holds a New Jersey Health Officers license since 1979
and serves as the executive manager of the Pequannock Township Health Department
since April 1987. He has served as the President of the Morris Regional Public
Health Partnership since its creation in the fall of 2002.
In 2005 Mr. Correale recieved the Frank
J. Osborne Award for meritorious achievement in the field of public health.

P. Wayne Croughn
Mr. Croughn is a graduate of East Tennessee
State University and holds a degree in biology. He holds a New Jersey Health
Officers license since 1980. He has served the Township of Parsippany -Troy

Mr. DiLizia has earned a Bachelors
of Science in Health Education/Community Health Services and a Masters in
Environmental Health from Montclair State University. He has been a licensed
Registered Environmental Health Specialist since 1994 and licensed Health

Frank
Grisi
Mr. Grisi has held his New Jersey
Health Officers License since 1979. He graduated with a BA from Jersey City
State College in 1971, and has served as the Roxbury Township Director of Health
since 1987. He is the past president of the Morris County Health Officers
Association and the New Jersey Health Officers Association.

James Norgalis
Mr. Norgalis earned his BA in
Biology from Rutgers University in 1994 and his Master's in Health
Administration from Central Michigan University in 1998. He is currently working
towards completing his Doctorate in Health Administration at the University of
Phoenix. In 1994, Mr. Norgalis began his career in public health in Branchburg,
Somerset County as the REHS and obtained his Health Officer's license in 1999
and began directing Branchburg's Department in 2001. In 2005, he became the
Health Officer for Denville Township and in 2007 began administrative oversight
of the Boonton Township Health Department. Mr. Norgalis also serves as the
Secretary for the New Jersey Health Officer's Association and Vice President of
the Morris County Health Officer's Association.

Darlene
O'Connell
Darlene received a BS in Nursing
from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Masters in Public Health from East
Stroudsburg University, PA. Darlene is currently pursuing a Masters in Nursing
at William Patterson University. She has been a licensed REHS since 1986 and a
licensed Health Officer since 1994. Darlene is currently the Health Officer for
The Town of Morristown.

Pat
Pignatelli has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Fairleigh

Howard Steinberg
Howard Steinberg has been in
public health since 1974 holding various positions in Morristown, including
Health Officer and Director of Human Services. In 1999 Howard provided the
leadership in establishing the Bioterrorism Task Force. In 2003, he became the
first Health Officer for Morris County overseeing CEHA and the emergency public
health response coordinating with all municipal health departments. He serves on
Morristown Memorial Hospital’s Advisory Board and Community Health Committee and
is a past president for the NJ County Health Officers Association.
